According to Tucson police, a 25-year-old male driver is facing charges that he caused two accidents in north Tucson last week, one of which was fatal.

Authorities say the man caused one accident and then continued driving, causing another accident and killing a 44-year-old woman. Two people from the first accident were injured and taken to the hospital.

Police say the 25-year-old sustained minor injuries and have not released his name.
