Max W. Larnerd

Max W. Larnerd

Associate Attorney

Max Larnerd represents individuals in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury and wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and civil rights.  His passion for representing the wrongfully injured began before law school while working at a large personal injury firm in Las Vegas, where he first saw the impact hard work and strong advocacy can have on a client’s life.

Mr. Larnerd approaches every case by first taking the time to truly understand his clients and their experiences.  He believes effective advocacy begins with listening.  By learning every detail of a client’s story and the facts of the case, he works to present a compelling narrative that reflects both the law and the human impact of the case.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Larnerd left home at the age of thirteen to attend Phillips Exeter Academy, in Exeter, New Hampshire, on scholarship.  That experience shaped his independence and perspective at an early age.  He later attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Philosophy.  Through these experiences, Mr. Larnerd developed a lasting belief that there is something to learn from every person, a belief that continues to guide his work with clients today.

Mr. Larnerd moved to Arizona to attend James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2023.  During law school he received CALI awards for earning the highest grade in Torts, Torts II, and Federal Border Crimes.
