Wednesday morning's deadly accident on 22nd Street was preceded by a beer theft at the Circle K. Police say the thieves stole beer from the store on 22nd and Prudence and then took off in their truck. They headed west on 22nd street before hitting another car. KVOA reports that it is not known whether the other driver suffered any injuries.
According to KVOA, "Tucson Police responded to a rollover accident and found 37-year-old Henry T Dennison pinned underneath his pickup truck in a wash." Tuscon PD said that the driver lost control before rolling into the wash. The driver has been identified as 37-year-old Henry T. Dennison.
KVOA reports that three passengers left the scene on foot. KVOA writes that, "The male suspect was wearing a dark green shirt, denim shorts, and a redbaseball cap, according to police. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is urged to call 911 or 88-CRIME."
