The famous golden arches that are located in McDonalds across all of America, have been the cause of a serious accident.
A Chicago couple was visiting in Arizona, and stopped to eat at a McDonalds. While in the car outside of the McDonalds, high winds picked up. The wind blew the golden arches off of the support structure, causing them to fall and crush a car. The couple inside the car, a 70 year-old man and a 68 year-old woman were injured from the impact. The woman had to be cut from the car to get her loose.
The couple was rushed to a hospital, where they are recovering from serious injuries. An investigation into the accident is currently being conducted.
