A Pima County Sheriff was cited for failure to yield during a car crash last month and this week he paid the fine he was assigned.

According to Tucson police, the deupty was exiting a Walgreens parking lot at the intersection of Swan Road and Broadway on Oct. 21, 2010, when he struck an oncoming vehicle. Two vehicles in front of the deputy's car were also damaged in the incident.

The deputy admitted fault and was cited for the accident.
