One person was killed in an accident that occurred at the intersection of Ina Road and Interstate 10 on Tuesday, December 28.

The victim has been identified as 22 year-old Joseph Henry Throssell from Tucson.

The accident occurred when a Honda Civic, driven by Throssell, and a pickup truck collided in the intersection. Throssell was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The pickup driver was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and later released.
