Tucson and Phoenix Voting Rights Attorneys
Tucson, Phoenix, Flagstaff and Arizona Business Lawyers
In recent decades, Arizona has made great advancements in voting rights. The unfair laws denying members of racial minorities their constitutional rights have been abolished. Statutes protecting people’s access to voting polls have been passed. Due to this progress, many people think that the need for voting rights lawyers has subsided.
At the offices of Tucson, Phoenix, and Flagstaff voters’ rights lawyers Miller, Pitt, Feldman & McAnally, P.C., we know that this is sadly not the case. People continue to experience difficulty joining in the political process. Worse, many people are not even aware of all their rights. Our goal is to work as hard as we can to address these problems.

- You may cast your vote if you are in line when the polls close (7 PM).
- You may have someone in the booth to assist you if you need it.
- In some counties, you may be able to receive voting materials in Spanish or American Indian dialects. Your county’s election offices can provide more information.
